We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service intern to support our team in the sales order processing for Rockfon customers.
This internship will help you acquire the necessary skills and provide you with knowledge of various tasks and processes linked to the order handling.
The Customer Service Team Leader will be your tutor. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience to be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment with a degree of autonomy.

Location: ROCKWOOL Italia – Milano (Corso Sempione/Domodossola) | Office-based
What you will be doing
The intern will be flanked and trained to support the department with the main sales order processing activities:
* Receipt of orders: analyze products/quantities/lead times for validation
* Order entry in SAP system
* Apply pricing policy in conjunction with sales team when required
* Check product availability in liaison with factories/suppliers
* Send orders for preparation and follow up logistics and transport with 3rd party service provider and/or internal logistics depts.
* Support on claims and credit requests
* Respond to queries received by phone, mail, etc from external and internal contracts, with help from other depts
* (logistics, technical, marketing, sales….) as required
* filing and archiving of physical and digital archives as well as customer documentation, ensuring compliance with the established standards and rules.
What you bring
You have an Bachelor’s degree level and/or a work experience in a customer service, commercial or logistics support-position;
Strong communication skills and able to build a good relationship with customers and internal departments;
Structured and organized working style, attention to details;
You are interested in commercial processes and the use of IT systems
You have good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel);
Excellent command of the Italian and English language, spoken and written;
We also attach great importance to a positive attitude, you are proactive, reliable and you can work well together.
