This role is ideal for a motivated individual whose presence is required monthly at our office in Rome with a higher education degree and 1–2 years of professional experience, and who is eager to grow in operations.

You will work closely with senior professionals cross-functional teams and side by side with the customer to support platform stability and help in quick incidents resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, coordinating, and monitoring hotfixes process; incidents/problems triage and root cause investigation before escalation to L3.Ensure incidents/problems resolution within the SLA.Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment in case of major incidents.Alignment meetings with customer to discuss priority, agree resolution plan and explain fixes/changes impacts on the system.QualificationsDegree in engineering or informatics.1–2 years of working experience as incident/defect manager or testing activities in the IT industry is considered an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong logical thinking and organizational abilities.Troubleshooting and analysis.Proactive and learning-oriented mindset.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
