ABOUT THE ROLE
With our first collection launching in Q3 2026, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the rollout of our Marketing Plan. This is a remote position, ideally suited for a candidate based in Milan or Northern Italy to assist with on-location photoshoots. You will combine marketing expertise and organisational skills to ensure that our creative directions are translated into high-quality assets, delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand's vision and strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Operations Coordinator (primary function): Assist in content production planning, organise shoots and manage logistics (pre-, during, and post-shoot).
* Content Communication (secondary function): Set up content pipelines and support PR activities to ensure a consistent brand narrative across all social and media channels.
* Digital Optimisation (additional): Ensuring channel effectiveness and conversion optimization through website-related tasks (SEO, AI).
* Administration (additional): Create and organise project documentation and manage invoices.
WE ARE SEEKING
* Critical requirement: Partita IVA
* Communication: Proficiency in Italian and English (C1/C2 level) is essential for coordinating, negotiating and internal reporting.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Law, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Experience: Professional experience in coordination between creative, marketing and production, content creation, or contract negotiation.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).
* Passion: A strong interest in fashion, videography, activewear, technical fabrics, and industry trends and a desire to develop brand/content/marketing strategies.
