JOB PURPOSE: The Ice Cream ERP Implementation Supply&Material Planning will act as project leader, ensuring that the new ERP system aligns with local business requirements, while maintaining global standardization. This role plays a crucial part in representing the factory needs for Supply&Material Planning to ensure the successful transition to ERP (e.g. SAP S4 Hana) and application layers. This position is integral to ensuring the successful implementation and seamless transition of Material Planning as part of the ERP transformation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the operation in the use of SAP ensuring the correct use of the system. • Perform supplier registration and maintenance in SAP. • Ensure support to guarantee material deliveries according to manufacturing needs. • Respond to short-term issues with E2E planners, cooperating with suppliers and Logistics. • Balance cost/service ensuring we have the right level of inventory to serve the market without generating excess stock. • Manage residual stock to avoid extra costs and obsolete risks. • Participating in daily planning review with Operations. Special focus on short term plan, obsoletes reduction, demurrage costs reduction. • Obsolete management (identification of over stock situations and residuals; reducing obsoletes of raw&pack materials write-off). • Plan and schedule production in the short-term planning, coordinating with external suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery.
