Under new ownership since 2025, we are relaunching with a renewed, modern vision while preserving our artisanal heritage. As part of this exciting transformation, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Milan boutique.
Role
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for welcoming and assisting both local and international customers, managing sales operations, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer experience and sales consulting
* Maintain basic administrative tasks (sales reports, receipts, inventory)
* Support daily boutique operations, including stock handling and restocking
* Cashier operations (opening, closing, payment processing)
* Contribute to the visual merchandising support
* Use of retail management software for inventory and sales operations
* Achievement of individual and team sales goals
Requirements
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in fashion or luxury retail
* Fluent in English, Russian is a plus
* Strong knowledge of Excel and retail systems
* High school diploma required; a degree in fashion or communication is a plus
Technical Skills
* Proficiency with retail management software
* Solid command of Excel
