The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish. This includes monitoring tender opportunities, conducting analysis of calls for tenders, reviewing tender conditions, and ensuring compliance with administrative, technical, and financial requirements.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of public procurement regulations and principles, excellent IT skills, and hands-on experience with e-Procurement platforms. Advanced digital file management skills, including use of digital signatures, timestamping, and compression, are also essential.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire public tender participation process, including electronic submission and communication with contracting authorities.

* Proven experience in managing public tenders within the healthcare or medical devices sector;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* A degree in Law, Economics, or a related field (e.g., Corporate Law, Political Science).

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring tender opportunities through e-Procurement platforms;
* Conducting analysis of calls for tenders and reviewing tender conditions;
* Managing procedures related to subcontracting and subcontracts;
* Overseeing the entire public tender participation process;
* Ensuring document compliance and adherence to deadlines;
* Handling communications with contracting authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of public procurement regulations and principles;
* Excellent command of IT tools, including Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word);
* Hands-on experience with e-Procurement platforms;
* Advanced skills in managing digital files, including digital signatures, timestamping, and compression.
