Position Overview
M‐Cube is seeking a Business Development & Operations Associate — a position designed for recent graduates eager to accelerate their growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You will support retail clients in defining their Retail Media strategies, contributing to the design, implementation, and management of digital in‐store communication infrastructures.
This role offers the opportunity to develop strong analytical, operational, and commercial capabilities within a fast‐paced and rapidly expanding business area. It is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in a high‐growth field at the intersection of retail, digital media, and technology.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Support the definition of Retail Media strategies in collaboration with clients
• Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and create presentation materials
• Coordinate project operations and execution activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (technology, content, account management) to deliver in-store initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize operational processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with AI tools
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong technological curiosity and ability to learn digital tools quickly
• Commercial mindset with an interest in clients, business, and performance results
• Preferred: prior experience in communication agencies, media companies, consulting, or technology environments
