The role supports the Store Manager in driving an innovative, exceptional customer experience and operating sales profitably. Responsibilities (Responsabilità) Serve the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes. Provide elevated customer service by welcoming, listening, and accompanying the customer beyond their needs, demonstrating a good knowledge of products and the Group’s heritage. Ensure cross‑selling and up‑selling across all product categories. Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, demonstrating passion for skis and boots. Establish and strengthen relationships with customers according to their nationalities and personalities, and put them at ease. Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing efficient solutions. Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business. Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures. Qualifications (Qualifiche) 3+ years of retail experience including sales, customer service and merchandising. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
