Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Support in the deploy of a comprehensive WE GROW Change Management Plan to spread the Talent Management and mobility culture within the Group - Supporting business conversations with senior leaders on group talents growth and career acceleration - Support the shape and implementation the new GPeople24 Strategy priorities - Support the steering the sourcing process at Group Level ensuring strategic opportunities are available to Talents through We GROW - Support the development of Group Talents in line with our People Strategy through dedicated initiatives and 1 to 1 interactions - Support and cooperating with the strategic sourcing/L&D community to ensure the embedding of We GROW at local level and increase We GROW awareness towards Group Talents and Line Manager - Support in the monitoring and steering the Talent KPIs at Group level to ensure the achievement of targets defined - Support the Group talent validation process in line with Group Talent definition and LTP behaviors, ensuring a structured and objective assessment strategy and a valuable talent experience, driving key validation decisions - Support the assessment strategy to support GLG appointments in line with LTP behaviors Must have: - Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point in particular) - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English - Analytical skills and structured approach Soft skills: - Global mindset - Communication skills
