PLungarno Collection is pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a talented bAdministration Manager /b to join our Corporate Team based in Florence. Founded in 1995 as the hotel management company of the Ferragamo family, the brand stands out for its individuality, drawing inspiration from urban culture, history, and style to offer highly personalized experiences marked by elegance, striking design, and attentive service. /ppThe bAdministration Manager /b will be part of the Administrative Department at the Corporate Office, reporting directly to the CFO. This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of accounting, tax, and administrative processes, in compliance with regulations and company policies, while supporting financial planning. Main responsibilities include: /polliSupervising general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, fixed assets, and cost accounting. /liliPreparing annual financial statements in collaboration with the legal auditor and tax consultant. /liliManaging tax compliance, including VAT, property tax, and tax returns. /liliAssisting in the preparation of the annual cash flow budget and monthly forecasts. /liliCoordinating administrative activities across departments and hotel structures within the group (e.g., CIN, licenses, permits). /liliManaging administrative activities related to tax contributions and benefits under Italian and European regulations. /liliMaintaining relationships with banks, suppliers, external consultants, and tax authorities. /liliOverseeing payroll registration in CO.
