Purpose of the position: As Project Control Manager, you will respond to the Project Control & Project Risk Management dept. part of the Administration, Finance, Control Line within the responsability of planning, cost control, documentation management and risk management for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project in the Oil&Gas and/or plant engineering sector.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
* Coordination of a team of 4-6 Project Control resources.
* Development and management of project schedule, including definition of activities, critical paths, project milestones and required resources.
* Monitoring and controlling project costs, including estimating at completion, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Management of project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and availability.
* Supporting the identification, assessment and management of project risks, developing appropriate mitigation plans and preparation of project progress reports and presentation to key stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
* Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent disciplines
* Experience: Previous experience of at least 5 years in Project Control in EPC projects in the Oil&Gas and/or plant engineering sector. Previous experience in Italian construction sites is a nice to have
* Languages: english B2 or above
* Technical Skills: project planning and control
* IT Skills: Knowledge of Project Control software (Primavera P6, SAP).
