Senior Motorcycle Designer

Team : Benelli Centro Stile
Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design direction
* Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency
* Collaborate closely with the R&D team to align design intent with engineering feasibility
Skills required:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred)
* Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented attitude
* Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modeling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
