With more than 15,000 hotels in our program (including over 8,000 non‑Hilton‑branded hotels), HSM drives massive economies of scale and negotiates competitive contracts with industry‑leading suppliers – ensuring direct savings on the products and services their hotel partners use most. /p h3Position Statement /h3 pThe role will report into the Director Customer Engagement West South Europe and you will work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager Italy and team. You will be responsible for business development and account management of all hotels while driving additional scale and revenue to the Hilton. /p h3Location Contract /h3 ul liLocation: Venice or Milan (TBD – to be defined) /li liContract Type: Permanent Contract /li liBenefits: Lavoro da remoto/Hybrid Working (weekly days to be defined) /li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 ul liAccount Management and Business Development (65%) /li liVisit partner hotels to realize operational savings using HSM’s suppliers. /li liThe first point of contact for clients in region. /li liDevelop and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders/personnel whether in person, digital meetings or via telephone. /li liExplore opportunities for new and existing customers. /li liEngage professionally with various hotel stakeholders. /li liFind new customers (leads) and excite them for HSM services. /li liOnboard new Hotels, make sure they are familiar to our suppliers purchasing software. /li liPerform follow up duties. /li liReview data to determine opportunities improvements. /li liDevelop and execute account plan for each customer. /li liMonitor participation to Hilton Programs to drive scale, savings revenue. /li liAssist customers in understanding product needs including the determination of product usage and specifications along with seeking new, alternate or better products. /li liCommunicate information regularly to customers, hotel purchasing team members and or other hotel departments as and when needed. /li liProducing pricing benchmarks on customer’s incumbent suppliers to show value of HSM, including new market trends. /li liEnsuring Hilton Supply Management knowledge is up to date. /li liData Management (15%) /li liGather appropriate data or information from all relevant sources, e.g. Salesforce, Records, Files, Databases, BirchStreet, HSM Customer Portal, and Customer Information. /li liEnsure all enquiries within specific areas of responsibility are responded promptly with satisfactory resolution. /li liMaintain systems and procedural documentation including contracts management across all client bases. /li liAssist with onboarding process for new customers including but not limited to eProcurement installation, supplier orientation and kick off meetings. /li liReview list of Hotels’ purchases and advise the Hotels on the nominated supplier. /li liWork with multiple data streams to evaluate customer accounts. /li liAdministrative Support Activities (20%) /li liCollaborate and provide project and general admin support to the Supply Management team, including filing, maintenance of forms and documentation. /li liProvide training and implementation of Birch Street for new properties. /li liBusiness Development and Account Management presentations. /li liAttends departmental meetings pertinent to work assignments and topics of analysis. /li liAssists with scheduling of meetings, bookings and conference calls including preparation of associated support materials relevant to Business Development Account Management. /li liResearches and responds to information requests from customers and management. /li liWork with other teams to arrange for accurate and timely billing to customers. /li liOther job duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications – Minimum Criteria /h3 ul liExperience in an account management environment with affinity to hospitality industry. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain analytical topics. /li liResults driven, ambitious and motivated. /li liStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills. /li liAbility to work under pressure with a flexible approach to effectively handle multiple demands. /li liProficient to good level in Excel with the ability to quickly learn new programs as required. /li liWork co‑operatively with colleagues in the department to ensure team commitment. /li liTake part in all necessary training offered and be proactive in requesting training to meet personal developmental needs. /li liLooking for an enthusiast person, a story teller passionate by hospitality FB industry! /li /ul h3Qualifications/Experience – Minimum Criteria /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. /li liPreferably min. 12 months experience in a similar role. /li li30% to 40% of travel time required mostly across Italy. /li liMust be fluent in English. /li /ul h3Work Locations /h3 pHilton Milan Hotel /p h3Schedule /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Brand /h3 pHilton Hotels Resorts /p h3Job /h3 pSupply Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Receiving /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
