This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex-Top Tier Strategy Consultants, working as a SWAT team for the EMEA South CEO within the Chief Commercial Office (CCO) organization.

Salesforce seeks hardworking and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how our solutions can transform customers’ businesses and help them exceed their goals.

The role involves delivering business transformation enabled by technology and AI, requiring individuals to develop deep insights into large enterprise dynamics and help shape their transformation strategies.

This role combines frontline commercial execution with strategic thinking. You will collaborate with Enterprise and Commercial sales teams on major sales opportunities in EMEA Growth Markets, engaging with C-level clients, providing insights, and leading strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining account strategies, delivering C-level value propositions, developing deal structures, and ensuring industry best practices are incorporated to support customer success.


Responsibilities:

* Define commercial strategies with sales teams based on customer priorities.
* Create and present compelling investment justifications to secure funding for Salesforce solutions.
* Develop attractive deal structures and articulate the value of proposals.
* Present strategic technology propositions to C-level executives.


Experience & Skills:

* Experience in a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm preferred.
* Seniority based on experience levels.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to influence and engage with C-level executives.
* Interest in Technology & Enterprise Software industry.
* Experience in strategic consulting and consultative selling environment.
* Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus.
* Financial services industry experience desirable.
* Willingness to travel.
* MBA degree preferred.
