Title And Summary Manager, Specialist Sales Transfer Solutions, Europe Overview The Mastercard Move Europe team is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager focusing on driving long-term and short-term strategic initiatives in commercializing Mastercard Move across Europe. Your role will involve crafting compelling value propositions, developing go-to-market strategies, driving business development, and collaborating with local account management teams & customer solutions centres. You'll also maintain a constant alignment with the regional product team to ensure our products evolve to meet the division's needs. Responsibilities Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE for the assigned targets, i.e., verticals and customers. Build and maintain the business development plan for the assigned targets. Develop tailored value propositions and TS narratives for the assigned targets. Work closely with all stakeholders (e.g., local and divisional BD teams, Market Development, Digital Partnership, Enterprise Partnership) to execute the plan, identify new opportunities, select prospects, and achieve sales targets. Support the regional team in defining, tracking, reporting, and communicating commercial and financial KPIs (leading activities related to assigned targets). Build business cases, develop new business models, and sign agreements/partnerships to improve Transfer Solutions’ footprint and competitiveness in the assigned targets. Maintain an updated budgeting cycle aligned with the strategy for assigned targets, including target setting, KPIs, and forecasting. Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies. Advocate for and champion Mastercard MOVE internally and externally. Work closely with the regional product team to align on local market needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases. Experiences A successful track record of managing sales objectives across multiple markets. Proven experience translating strategies into clear action plans for multiple markets. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple terms and respond swiftly to client-impacting situations. Familiarity with a range of payment network technologies and ecosystems. Experience in Cross Border Payments or Card push payments is required; understanding of market economics and FX rate dynamics is a plus. Experience in business development across various payment types, technologies, and customer segments. Self-motivation and the ability to complete complex tasks with limited guidance. Proficiency in English is required; French, Italian, or Spanish are valued. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred. Proven team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
