Photo & Post Production Coordinator
Location: Our Office in Milan

Here’s a Breakdown Of What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the entire post‑production process for assigned product categories, ensuring smooth operations within the studio
* Manage the retouching process in collaboration with third‑party agencies, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
* Ensure all imagery are aligned to guidelines, including accurate naming conventions and quality assurance
* Track and monitor imagery uploads and outcomes, guaranteeing all images are prepared and approved for go‑live dates
* Support day‑to‑day photo studio management by working closely with photographers to optimize production efficiency
* Identify potential workflow improvements and assist in implementing best practices within the photo production process
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines and quality expectations
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
* Previous experience with retouching and knowledge of photography
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe InDesign and other relevant software
* Some knowledge of fashion designers and the fashion industry
* Ability to multitask and work tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great attention to details and can do attitude
* Fluent in English
