Position Summary
Our Property Administrative Coordinator plays an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels Property Administrative Coordinator works across departments (e.g. Finance HR Compliance) to support administrative needs. Whether providing administrative support (e.g. prepare documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software) serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors or acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event event post-event) our Property Administrative Coordinator gets the job done. They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
Responsibilities
* Support administrative needs across departments (Finance, HR, Compliance).
* Provide administrative support such as preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheets, database or presentation software.
* Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors.
* Act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre‑event, event, post‑event).
* Ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
* Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
* Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform personal appearance and professional communications.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments to reach common goals.
* Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
* Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing ≤10 pounds without assistance.
* Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
* Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
* Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
