Overview
The Job Description is for the Key Lead role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and leading store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.
Responsibilities

* Work schedule requirements: minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as needed by the team and business; includes weekly shifts and availability on weekends and some holidays
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Preferred: at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
* Fluency in English and Italian at CEFR B2 level
* Customer focus
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of fashion trends

What It Takes
* Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred
* Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred
* Supervisor/managerial experience: not required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English & Italian required
