We are looking for a Carline Pilot to drive Value Optimization for Serial Life vehicles, working at the intersection of Engineering, Finance, Projects and Brands. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective implementation of cost savings initiatives on part prices (DMC), supporting vehicle programs during development and serial life phases, and contributing directly to sustainable profitability. Your Mission As Carline Pilot, you will be responsible for driving, tracking and securing cost savings on Serial Life vehicles. You will collaborate closely with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, timely implementation and consistency between expected and actual savings. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Cost Evolution & Savings Implementation Ensure the timely implementation and accurate accounting of Technical and Marketing cost evolutions on Serial Life projects: Track vehicle savings, including deviations vs expected savings Ensure financial values and timing are robust and up to date Proactively promote savings in close collaboration with Engineering and Project Economic Managers Ensure consistency between Finance actuals and expected savings Support issue resolution and escalate when required Contribution to Carline Value Optimization Targets Actively contribute to the achievement of Carline Value Optimization (VO) targets through: Idea generation, leveraging vehicle knowledge, market insights, benchmarks and global best practices Monitoring of VO pipeline vs target Strong understanding of technical, marketing and commercial DMC savings levers Active participation in Cost Reduction Workshops Leading and contributing to recurring cross‐functional meetings to monitor and support decisions on Technical & Marketing savings Stakeholder Coordination & Process Efficiency Promote efficiency and effective collabo
