Support to develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies and current legislation. Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities Key tasks: - Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle - sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends - Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc. - Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies - Analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
