You have
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365.Hands‐on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates.Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles.Senior‐level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations, plus ability to identify and support sales opportunities.
