WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Leading complex implementation projects from kick-off to closure
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities, resources, timelines, risks, and communications
- Managing project scope, identifying mitigation strategies, and providing transparent, regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing financial performance of assigned projects, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and compliance
- Serving as a key escalation and decision point
- Supporting Professional Services Sales in scoping, estimating, and contributing to proposal development for future opportunities
- Leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance project planning, risk identification, reporting, and overall delivery excellence
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical education
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies such as ECM and Archivin
