This results-oriented role is key to success of Sorter projects globally, involving close collaboration with multiple stakeholders from understanding customer needs to proving onsite guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.# **We offer:****What we offer:*** **Career Development*** **Competitive Compensation and Benefits*** **Pay Transparency*** **Global Opportunities Learn More Here:**# **Tasks and Qualifications:****Key Responsibilities*** Manage the service solution portfolio for Circular Sorter systems* Prepare quotations for **modernization, obsolescence and system expansion projects*** Support Customer Service activities and **enhancements for sorter solutions*** Develop project execution timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with internal and external milestones* Analyze technical customer requirements and develop solution concepts in cooperation with relevant departments.* Prepare and implement customer workshops and technical presentations* Support the preparation of technical drawings and proposal documentation* Define specifications, request quotations, and support cost calculations* Provide technical support to sales teams and coordinate involved departments (estimating, layout, electrical, SW, purchasing, PM, simulation, installation, etc.)* Contribute to the development of new service offerings focused on efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience* Support to the long-term strategy for Customer Service portfolio development* Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and process standards* Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and promote best practices**Requirements*** University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering with a focus on logistics (or equivalent qualification)* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within industrial automation or intralogistics* In-depth knowledge of sorter system (Customer Service, RD, Engineering, Installation, Commissioning) and maintenance strategies* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions and regions* Teamwork, adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills* Leadership capability and experience coordinating cross-functional teams* Constructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally* Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)br#J-18808-Ljbffr
