**HBI**, a fast-growing international group specialized in maritime and air transport for 40 years, is looking for a Branch Manager based in Genoa. With several sites around the world, HBI continues its development with the creation of its new site in Genoa.
You will be responsible for the Genoa Branch, its commercial growth and monitoring the Key Account customer portfolio. You will be directly reporting to the Europe Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer care in terms of gross margin, discounts, sales visits and operational assistance
- Supervise the work of his team members & distribute the workload between the groups
- Prospect targeted customers according to the strategic orientations of the company
- Ensures that the quality procedures are respected by the members of his group and that the customer MOPs are always up to date.
- On-time invoicing & collection
- Be a support to employees and assist them in any problem or dispute encountered
- Ensures the interface with all the support services (IS, Customs, HR, etc.)
- Establish, in agreement with the CEO, a commercial strategy for key accounts
- Maintain the supplier network and participate in events in his city or sub-region
- Search for productivity optimization of his group
- Work in close collaboration with the other entities of the group in France and abroad
- Manage absences and plan replacements or team reinforcements
**Required profile**:
- Graduate from a higher education in International Trade or Sales, you have a 5 to 7 years similar experience in freight/transit or with a shipping company.
- With an excellent level of spoken and written English, you have a great sense of negotiation with perfect commercial techniques. You have great capacities to federate and to convince.
