The team is made up of engineers, designers, architects, technicians and project managers and it’s led by the shared purpose of providing the best engineering services for a better and sustainable world. /p pWe are currently looking for a bDRILLING WELLS QA/QC ENGINEER /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pPosition aim is to survey and support the Services Companies on the Drilling Support Base to establish a robust QA-QC management system that aim at eliminating the NPT. The resource will define yearly objectives with drilling manager and global orientation form OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. The candidate provides QAQC support to the DW service contracts Technical Administrators to ensure the following: /p ul liEnsure that purchasing of equipment comply with CR-OT-DW-350; Check all PO and SO to confirm matching with QAQC MS. /li liEnsure technical / quality receiving inspection of goods while received from vendors /li liPerform Quality Audits to vendors and Drilling contractors to assess the status of compliance to contract requirements, in link with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /li liDefine proper technical specification for relevant storage of DW equipment, as per OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC recommendations. /li liImplement / Enforce and update Service Quality Plans (SQP) as per the API Q2 or similar standard and as per the service criticality requirement for all service contracts, in link with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /li liPromote / follow API Q2 audit plan for all the service contracts. (Schedule, objectives) /li liSet and coordinate service Inspection at contractor locations, based on SQP, with witness by her inspector crew or ad hoc inspection with support OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /li liBefore equipment RIG mobilization: Set a release process under DW QAQC to confirm that equipment is ready to be used (Final Released Note) from stock or from Service Contractors sites. Also include waiver system under direct DM authority (approval). /li liImplement / follow / update an inspection reporting system (IQ-ALL) for all proprietary equipment prepared at the base /li liEnsure NPTs are recorded into IQ-ALL, rated and eventually properly converted into GRAL’s. Register in and update into an action tracking database (IQ-ALL) – Use of NPT tracker (IQ-NPT), use of GRALs’ module of IQ-ALL for events within criteria of entry and for follow up on close out of actions (NPT related Incidents, Field NCR, OFI...) /li liProvide support and expertise for service/equipment failure investigation (Troubleshooting, Cause Tree Analysis, etc.) /li liPerform monthly reviews with each service contractor to track GRAL’s progress. /li liEnsure that all contracted services are subject of Service Scorecard and SQM. /li liTrack progress on all GRAL (continuous improvement) at Drilling and Wells scope /li liRespond to operation needs for any QAQC / Standards / Actions support. /li liActively participate SQM for performance review /li liInterface with HQ for manufacturing QAQC standards and potential issues on delivery /li liProvide monthly reporting to OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /li /ul pSupport operation team to perform audit of Rig Management system, including PMS, and track progress of audit planning and progress on corrective actions. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 15 years working experience on Oil and Gas /li liAt least 10 years of QAQC experience with a minimum of eight associated with drilling activity (OCTG, Equipment procurement, Service contract QAC) /li liAdequate knowledge of general drilling equipment but also completion and Well intervention services. /li liGood global knowledge of Drilling and Wells operations on RIG /li liLead Auditor certification in ISO9001/API Q1 /li liPractitioner certification for API Q2 /li liFluent English /li liCertification mandatory by OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC /li liGood interpersonal relationship skills, multi discipline and multi-cultural /li liFlexibility, communication skills, coordination, and leadership ability /li liSelf-motivated and autonomous /li liOrganizational abilities and sense of priorities /li liCreativity, commitment, discipline, open minded /li /ul pbDuration: /b 1 year /p pbService start: /b asap September 2025 /p pbLocation: /b Val d'Agri, Basilicata /p pbWorking schedule: /b Mon-Fri 8hrs (up to 10hrs as per contract) /p pemI candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) di tutte le età e nazionalità (D.Lgs. 215-216/2003) possono inviare dettagliato curriculum comprensivo del consenso al trattamento dati (D.Lgs 196/03) sulla nostra pagina Seingim Careers /em /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
