What to Expect :
You will be part of Deda Next, in a young and dynamic environment focused on providing assistance and consulting services related to Registry, Electoral, and Civil Status management, as well as related compliance, for our Local Public Administration clients. Your activities will focus on consulting and supporting clients regarding the Civilia Next product, particularly the modules mentioned above.
Responsibilities :
* Manage consulting activities for the configuration of demographic services, including the National Population Registry (ANPR) and the National Civil Registry (ANSC).
* Organize and manage data related to Registry, Electoral, and Civil Status offices, ensuring all related compliance is met.
* Serve as a point of reference for regulations concerning demographic areas of Local Public Administration entities to ensure service compliance and efficiency.
Must Have :
* Proven experience in managing services related to Registry, Civil Status, Draft, Electoral, statistical services, and electoral results management, including their integrations like ANPR and ANSC.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations for demographic areas of Local Public Administration entities.
* Knowledge of data management processes related to Registry, Electoral, and Civil Status offices is preferred.
* Diploma or Degree in technical / economic / informatic fields.
* Knowledge of Office Automation tools and Relational Databases.
* Category B driving license.
* Willingness to travel nationally.
