The engineer will oversee both strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring commercial, technical, and customer support for our products. This role involves supporting segment and regional drive centers, providing day-to-day support to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and experience. The position is key to bridging product management, engineering, and regional support to deliver application expertise, resolve challenges, and promote product adoption.
