PpbJob Title: /b HR Business Partner Supply Chain /p pbLocation: /b Open in EMEA /p pbDepartment: /b Human Resources /p pbFull-time: /b Full-time /p pbShift: /b Hybrid /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pAs the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi‑country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity. You will partner closely with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions that strengthen collaboration, foster agility, and create a results‑focused organization. /p h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 ul liStrategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities. /li liSupply Chain Capability Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of talent management programmes, performance management, succession planning and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network. /li liChange Engagement Leadership: Drive engagement, support transformation initiatives, harmonise HR practices across plants and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture. /li liHR Operations Project Management: Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, policies and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday) and manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance and workforce planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields. /li liProven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations. /li liExperience in matrix, international organisations with strong HR business partnering, talent and capability development. /li liHands‑on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and a strong data‑driven mindset. /li liSkilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li liExceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable and a strong team player. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
