We are looking for a brilliant resource to join our Finance Share Service Center as an Accounts Payable Team Member (P2P).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will manage accounting operations for multiple market organizations within our Finance Shared Service Center.
- You will perform compliant Purchase-to-Pay processes and ensure accurate financial bookings for invoices, travel & expense, and vendor accounts.
- You will review and update vendor-related balance sheet accounts and prepare accurate accruals for invoices and expenses.
- You will act as a sparring partner for entity contacts, linking business decisions to Purchase-to-Pay processes and improving agreed services.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or similar• High motivation, drive and energy• Proficiency in English and Italian• Team player with strong result orientation
