This role ensures alignment between IT strategy, business objectives, and the roadmap for the development of IT systems, driving innovation and operational efficiency across the supply chain. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliCollaborate in defining the IT roadmap to support the company’s supply chain and monitor progress in terms of content, testing, deliverables, and maintenance. /liliManage relationships with supply chain stakeholders to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. /liliOversee ERP and PLM systems to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business processes. /liliEnsure proper integration of the WMS within the company’s IT architecture (WMS managed by a 3PL). /liliMaintain business intelligence systems and supply chain reporting capabilities. /liliSupervise IT system change projects in coordination with the system integrator. /liliParnters with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. /liliCoordinate testing, plan go-live activities, manage user training, and promote a digital culture across the organization. /liliCollaborate closely with production, logistics, demand planning, procurement, and customer service teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Requirements /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). /lili5–7 years in IT roles, including experience with supply chain or production systems. /liliDeep knowledge of ERP (production/logistics modules; Stealth knowledge is a plus), MES, WMS, TMS, traceability systems, BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft Office. /liliLeadership, change management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, results orientation, and ability to drive change in complex production environments. /liliStrong focus on quality and operational efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppSounds interesting? /ppbApply now! /b /p
