You bring:A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a closely related Life Sciences discipline3–5+ years of experience in biotech/chemical IP (industry or private practice)Strong understanding of biotech innovation, chemical processes, and R&D pipelinesQualification as an Italian Patent Attorney and progress toward European Patent Attorney statusFluency in English and ItalianA proactive, adaptable mindset with strong analytical skillsLocation & Working Style (Important):This role is based in Italy and requires candidates to live within Italy. While the position offers hybrid flexibility, you will be expected to travel to Parma on a frequent (typically weekly) basis to collaborate with key teams on-site.
