The role is based in Milan, with partial flexibility, and will report directly to the Chief People Officer. Main Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day HR administration: hiring, contract changes, mandatory communications, secondments, etc., in Italy, France, and Spain. - Ensure full compliance with Italian, French, and Spanish labor law, including health & safety standards, workplace risk assessments, and local regulatory obligations. - Work closely with payroll providers, labor consultants, and local institutions across jurisdictions. - Contribute proactively to the improvement of HR operations processes in all relevant countries. - Design and maintain clear procedures and workflows conforming to local compliance and safety regulations. - Track HR KPIs and prepare accurate multi-country reports for management. - Collaborate proactively with management and other departments to support business goals. - Oversee and manage HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and safety-related reporting. Requirements: - Solid experience in HR administration and operations, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional environment (Italy, France, Spain). - Knowledge of labor law and compliance procedures in Italy, France, and Spain, including health & safety obligations and workplace safety regulations. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities across multiple legal environments. - Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset. - Proactive attitude, curiosity, and rapid learning ability, with a willingness to improve continuously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
