Position Snapshot: - Nestlè Shop, Milan HQ. Nestlé Shop Italy is a separate society, 100% owned by Nestlé. There are 5 stores across Italy (Assago HQ, Parma, Perugia, Ferentino Casa del Cioccolato (PG)). The shops have a f ull assortment of all Nestlé products & brands - Undergraduates or graduates in economics or trade marketing - Full-time internship (6 months) - Start date: Start of November Position Summary: A day in the life of: - Sell in, sell out and Shopper data analysis: data extraction, processing and interpretation; - Operational management of the software (loading price lists, loading promotions, opening skus for sale) - Support for the implementation of consumer/trade promotional activities in the point of sales in coordination with Nestlé Categories trade marketing teams; - Creation of pop material to support promotional activities (posters, artwork for totems and crm) and its publication in company tools - Support in managing orders from both Nestlé and external suppliers. Definition of the quantities to be ordered based on the expiry dates of the products in the warehouse and shelf life. - Definition of promotional activities to be implemented in stores and upload into management system - Point of reference for the shops in case of issues to be addressed and solved - D2C Sales catalogue update - Crm management for Nestlé Shop members - Suppliers Purchase order management What will make you successful: - Undergraduates or graduates in economics or trade marketing; - Passionate about sales; - Analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel; - Result Focus; - Curiosity and proactivity; - Team player; - Fluent in English & Italian.
