Position: Tecnici ascensoristi con patentino a livello nazionale
Location: Cassina De' Pecchi, Italy
Responsibilities
* Maintenance and repair of elevator installations in the city and province.
* Respond to client service requests, perform interventions, document time and execution method per company guidelines for commercial management.
* Carry out emergency repairs and attend diagnostic and reactivation calls, reporting progress to supervisor.
* Conduct scheduled semi‑annual inspections in accordance with legal requirements.
* Ensure an excellent level of customer service.
Qualifications
* Preferred diploma in technical disciplines.
* Previous experience as an elevator technician in the sector.
* Possession of the national authorization (patent) for elevator and elevator machine maintenance.
* Customer orientation, results focus, good communication skills, flexibility, problem‑solving ability, and willingness to continue learning.
* Availability to support relocation if required.
