In particular, he/she: /pulliManages all phases of the project from pre-award in the contract phase to obtaining the job order. /liliSupports the business office in the offer finalization and final negotiation, coordinating contract review and acceptance procedures. /liliObtains all information relevant to the project, understand the offer in all its details, identify variables and any critical issues. /liliCoordinates the kick-off meeting to transfer relevant information to all company stakeholders and launch the project in the management/ERP. /liliCommunicates with internal and external customers regarding financial, commercial and technical aspects to ensure satisfactory project execution and customer satisfaction. /liliMonitor and control the overall progress of projects through various stages, from sales to Engineering, production, installation and commissioning, providing support to customers and internal departments by facilitating information flow and communication as much as possible. /liliRepresent the company during meetings and negotiations with the client during the life of a project, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining company performance. /liliPerform periodic review of contract finances by reviewing actual reported costs and projected costs to complete the remaining work against budgeted costs, both line item and contract level. /liliSupport the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of major components and machinery purchased in accordance with contract requirements. /liliPromotes a clear communication and information sharing across all stakeholders, both internal and external /liliIdentifies, tracks, evaluates and minimizes projects risks /li /ulpbr/ppbYour profile /b /pulliBachelor's degree in engineering management or technical field (mechanical, electrical, chemical, materials). /liliPrevious experience of 2-3 years in companies working preferably in the plant engineering sector /liliPMP certification will be a plus /liliWillingness to travel throughout the country, Europe and outside the EU /liliExcellent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
