The Manager Inside Sales & Digital will be responsible for driving predictable revenue through high‑velocity acquisition, conversion, and expansion in the SMB market segment. This role demands strategy thinking, operational rigor, and hands‑on leadership – designing the machine and running it, managing both the Inside Sales team and digital sales initiatives through the online Teya Store.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a key member of the leadership team in Italy, working cross‑functionally to optimise an integrated go‑to‑market approach.Define and own the Inside Sales (outbound sales) and digital channels strategy, aligned with overall company growth objectives.Build and lead a high‑performing Inside Sales team.Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.Coordinate the integration between traditional and digital sales channels to maximise efficiency.Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for sales and marketing operations.Revenue Generation & Digital SalesDeliver consistent growth against quarterly and annual sales targets across all channels.Drive pipeline creation from inbound/outbound motions, partnerships, and campaigns – in partnership with Marketing.Optimise conversion across the entire funnel – lead to opportunity, opportunity to close, and post‑sale expansion.Develop and implement specific strategies for the Teya Store and other digital channels, including e‑commerce optimisation.Design and execute digital sales strategies that leverage automation, personalisation, and data analytics.Analyse and optimise conversion rates of digital channels to maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve digital sales performance.Performance Marketing & Digital StrategyLead performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other digital channels.Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels based on performance metrics.Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.Create and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to digital properties.Leverage data analytics and attribution modelling to understand customer journeys and optimise touchpoints.Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling digital content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to maximise conversion rates.Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the fintech and SMB sectors.Team DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and develop top talent at all levels of the Inside Sales team.Coach and set clear goals and incentives for high performance.Create career paths to grow and retain talent.Implement continuous training programmes to keep the team updated on products, sales techniques, and market trends.Ideal Profile6+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years leading Inside Sales organisations, contact centres.Strong digital marketing experience, with proven digital go‑to‑market strategies.Strong grasp of modern sales tools and CRM (e.G., HubSpot, Twilio, dialers, etc.).Experience with e‑commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.Demonstrated success building and scaling teams in a high‑growth technology/fintech environment.Data‑driven operator with a track record of delivering predictable revenue at scale.Excellent communicator and motivator – able to set direction and inspire execution.Fluency in Italian and English.Knowledge of the Italian SMB market and its specific needs.Availability to travel within Italy.Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.Knowledge of the fintech or financial services sector is an advantage.The PerksFlexible working hours, as long as they suit both you and your team.Health Insurance.25 days of annual leave (+ bank holidays).Frequent team events & activities in the office and outside.Office snacks every day.Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerTeya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
