The role includes performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, functional testing, to ensure that each compressor is properly started up, maintained, and restored according to the company’s technical, safety, and quality standards /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform commissioning of equipment and systems at customer sites. /li liExecute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance. /li liDiagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and implement effective corrective actions. /li liProvide on‑site warranty support, including fault assessment and repair within warranty terms. /li liPrepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal teams. /li liCollaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer service to resolve complex issues. /li liTrain customers on proper operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality guidelines during all field activities. /li liMaintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory in an organized and efficient manner. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong electrical background, with the ability to read wiring diagrams. /li liSolid foundational mechanical skills, with specific focus on the disassembly and reassembly of skid components and associated piping. /li liExperience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical assistance on industrial equipment (preferred). /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced verbal/written communication skills /li liAdvanced customer service skills including conflict resolution, communication, negotiation, etc. /li liAbility to work independently and manage time effectively. /li liExcellent communication and customer service skills. /li liThis position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move weight limits in line with the safety policy. /li liAdvanced operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and other basic computer usage.
