As we grow, we’re seeking passionate, versatile team members to help shape the future of our charter and operations department. /ppstrongPosition Overview /strong /ppThestrongCharter Fleet Operations Manager /strongis a unique, hybrid role blending proactive charter sales with day-to-day flight operations and fleet coordination. /ppYou’ll sell charter trips on our in-house Phenom fleet and broker additional trips worldwide — while ensuring every flight runs smoothly, safely, and seamlessly for our clients. /ppstrongWe are specifically looking for someone with experience in the aviation field /strong(charter sales, dispatch, FBO operations, or flight coordination) who can step in confidently and bring valuable industry insight to our small, growing team. /ppThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, thrives under pressure, and is excited to wear multiple hats in a boutique environment. /ppstrongWhat You'll Do /strong /ppCharter Sales Client Service /pulliSell charter flights on our Phenom fleet and broker additional trips to meet diverse client needs. /liliRespond promptly to charter inquiries, prepare competitive quotes, and manage trips from booking to completion. /liliUse industry software tools includingemAvinode /emandemJetInsight /emto source aircraft, build itineraries, and ensure accurate quoting. /liliBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clients, brokers, operators, and vendors. /liliDeliver exceptional, personalized customer service before, during, and after flights. /liliFollow up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. /li /ulpFleet Operations Scheduling /pulliCoordinate and optimize scheduling of the fleet, balancing owner flights and charter demand. /liliMonitor trip progress, weather, and operational factors to make timely, informed decisions. /liliLiaise with pilots, maintenance teams, FBOs, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. /liliManage flight logistics: fuel arrangements, catering, ground transportation, and more. /liliMaintain comprehensive flight documentation and ensure compliance with FAA regulations (including pilot duty and rest requirements). /li /ulpAdditional Responsibilities /pulliSupport occasional sales and marketing initiatives (CRM updates, data entry, reports). /liliCollaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support department growth. /liliStay current on market trends, aircraft capabilities, and industry best practices. /li /ulpstrongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /pullistrongExperience in the aviation industry /strong(charter sales, dispatch, pilot training, FBO, or flight operations).
