TXT e-Swiss SA, part of the TXT Group, is looking for an Instructional Designer to join the team based in Switzerland, contributing to the development of an innovative LMS, CMS, and TMS system in the aviation sector for a prestigious international customer.
Main Responsibilities
Develop E-learning content and conduct peer reviews.
Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus.
Ensure Quality Assurance and version control across all E-learning projects.
Liaise with Engineering and other departments to verify technical information.
Additional Responsibilities
Support the improvement of processes and standards.
Contribute to the development of the team and its working practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Essential Technical Skills
Aviation background (pilot or technician).
Experience in E-learning content development and related tools.
Knowledge of learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Training Management Systems (TMS).
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with Javascript scripting.
Knowledge of German.
