RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and services KPIs daily, weekly and monthlyContinuously assess counter performance, develop and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales on all channelsSet realistic individual KPIs for your teamGather & report market and competition trends and identify opportunities for commercial developmentReport on a weekly basis store performance to Department Store & Retail Performance CoordinatorEnsure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standardManage relationships with the retailers and report to Retail Manager if any issuePROFILEThe candidate has a strong retail experience in the luxury and / or beauty industryPrevious experience within stock management and all procedures is a plusTrustworthy, acting with honesty and leadership attitude into a managerial approachMake-up artist certificate will be considered a plusFluent in English is mandatory
