You will not be selling "goods." This is in the home service industry. This role is designed for a proven producer who knows how to open doors, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver results.Responsibilities:Identify and engage qualified prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and networkingClose high-value deals and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsMaintain a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contractCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and maximize revenue opportunitiesProvide detailed documentation of sales results and performance metricsRepresent the company with professionalism, integrity, and deep product knowledgeRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience with a proven, top-performing track recordMust provide documented proof of past sales performance (e.g., awards, commission statements, ranking reports, testimonials)Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and goal-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentTech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-end hospitality, legal, insurance, or real estate verticalsHistory of selling high-ticket or consultative servicesExisting book of business or strong referral networkWhat We Offer:Uncapped commission + base salary (commensurate with experience)Strong internal supportFast-track opportunities for top performersEntrepreneurial culture with no ceiling for growth
