Corporate Loan Structuring Analyst/Associate at BPER Banca Corporate & Investment Banking (Milan)

As a Corporate Loan Structuring Analyst/Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will have the chance to experience and manage complex transactions gaining exposure and knowledge by:
* Engaging in the origination, structuring, and execution of Structured Finance transactions, with a focus on Corporate Lending, Capex/Acquisition Financing for Large Corporate and Mid-Corporate clients.
* Developing financial models, analyzing business plans and conducting due diligence aimed at preparing credit applications in collaboration with senior colleagues.
* Providing support in the internal credit processes, coordinating with stakeholders and preparing the documentation for internal business & credit approvals.
* Analyzing and negotiating NDAs, term sheets, financial agreements, etc.
Requirements
* 2-4 years of relevant work experience in structured finance or financial advisory. Practice in Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Leveraged Finance transactions will be considered a plus.
* Master’s degree with excellent academic records.
* Fluency in English.
* Full-time availability based in Milan.
* Learning agility, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, analytical mindset and strong commitment.
* Proficiency in financial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and financial modelling.
* Acquainted with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
