Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by:
o Providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
o Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
o Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.
* Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings worldwide, and respond to government inquiries.
This role offers a dynamic work environment with flexibility, as the legal department is fully virtual.
