PRODUCTION MANAGER (m/f/d) with mechanical expertise
La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is an internationally operating company specializing in the production and distribution of coffee, tea, and food products. The group operates several production facilities in Italy (Fano, Bologna, and Monteporzio).
To further strengthen our production organization, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager (m/f/d) with strong mechanical knowledge.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for daily production operations
- Management and coordination of production teams and line operators
- Technical oversight of production lines, including mechanical processes
- Planning and optimization of production workflows, efficiency, and output
- Coordination of maintenance activities and support in troubleshooting
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Reporting of production KPIs and continuous improvement measures
Your profile:
- Technical education or comparable qualification, preferably with mechanical background
- Several years of experience in a production management or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
- Leadership skills, hands‑on mentality, and decision‑making ability
- Structured, solution‑oriented, and responsible working style
- Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to operational requirements
