HR Generalist Job

This role is an exciting opportunity to support employee lifecycle programs, drive HR initiatives, and execute key policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training and Compliance: Provide essential reporting on training completion, especially annual compliance courses.
* Employee Relations: Collaborate with the HR Partner to manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
* Process Improvement: Work closely with HR team members to identify business gaps and lead process improvement efforts.
* Data and Metrics: Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, labor statistics, and more.
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting plans.
* Engagement Activities: Coordinate employee engagement activities, including recognition events, team-building exercises, and community programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
* At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Workday.
