Medium-power transformers - testing bay leader

Ph3A Snapshot of Your Day /h3 pFor our Transformers factory in Trento, we are looking for a Head of Medium Power Transformer Test Field to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal role within the organization in planning, developing, and directing the testing of the power transformers. You will execute according to the Company’s goals and current regulations and provide the necessary resources. You will ensure and develop your team’s specialist knowledge and contribute to the development of business processes. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the test department’s operations, planning and implementing power transformer tests to meet company goals and regulations. /li liManage logistics for testing, including equipment certification, maintenance, upgrades, and procurement of new tools. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, delivering timely and accurate transformer tests. /li liAnalyze test issues, conduct investigations, collaborate with engineering, and report findings to management. /li liDrive continuous improvement and digitalization of the Test Field, proactively managing investment plans and maintenance. /li liCommunicate clearly with customers, providing support and troubleshooting for test results and investigations. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liAcademic background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liSignificant professional experience (5+ years) in testing high-voltage electrical equipment, especially power transformers. /li liProven expertise in product testing heavy electrical manufacturing environments, including circuit breakers, bushings, and electric power testing equipment. /li liStrong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and a relentless dedication to customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines. /li liProficient in written and spoken English is mandatory, Italian knowledge at a business level is required.
