This role oversees personnel, inventory processes, workflow coordination, and administrative functions to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations. The Team Leader plays a critical role in developing team capabilities, strengthening departmental processes, and supporting long‑term operational excellence. This position is located in our corporate office located in Mason, OH. /p h3bEssential Duties and Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liApply in‑depth knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes to interpret procedures, resolve non‑standard issues, and recommend enhancements that improve departmental performance. /li liProvide daily coaching, constructive feedback, and clear work direction to team members to reinforce standard work, close performance gaps, and support ongoing skill development. /li liDevelop, maintain, and communicate weekly work schedules aligned with workload demands and staffing requirements. /li liLead assigned warehouse areas to achieve accuracy, productivity, safety, and service-level targets, escalating systemic challenges and partnering with leadership to address root causes. /li liActively participate in the safety committee and champion a proactive, safety‑first culture across the department. /li liSupport the RGA process by ensuring accurate part identification, documentation, and timely processing. /li liAssist with RPC part identification and photographic documentation to maintain data accuracy and traceability. /li liCoordinate expedited international imports and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations. /li liMonitor SAP reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making. /li liOversee daily workflow, resolving operational conflicts, staffing gaps, and exceptions requiring sound judgment and cross‑functional coordination. /li liManage outsourced services related to logistics equipment maintenance and shipping supplies to ensure operational readiness. /li liPerform and support warehouse system transactions, documentation, and record‑keeping to maintain process integrity and compliance. /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liDemonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams. /li liExperience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. /li liProficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). /li liStrong understanding of warehouse best practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements. /li liProven ability to coach, train, and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. /li /ul h3bEducation and Experience /b /h3 ul liAssociate degree in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum of 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities. /li /ul pWe believe that the interests of our company and people are inseparable, and we are committed to developing a diverse team of creative and independent professionals.
