Already counting on a strong wholesale distribution base, the company is studying the retail development of some of the brands it manages, to further establish their presence and visibility all around the world. Maison Margiela is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its team in Milan. Activities: - Greeting customers;
- Be involved in stock control and management;
- Assisting customer;
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Being responsible for processing cash and payments;
- Dealing with customer refunds;
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints;
- Working within established guidelines;
- Receiving and storing the delivery of stock. What Requirements You Need To Have: - Previous experiences as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion industry;
- Selling experience in RTW and accessories;
- Should have a confident manner and result-oriented;
- Must be helpful and polite with positive attitude and reliable behaviour;
- Able to work as part of a boutique’s team;
