Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Intern to support the growth of Oneself by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.
This is a commission-based role at the beginning, ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and online business development, with the opportunity to grow into a more stable and structured role as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients (primarily online, within the trading industry)
Support lead generation activities via social media channels, email, and other online channels
Engage prospects and qualify leads
Collaborate on sales messaging and positioning
Assist in building or improving a simple sales funnel (manual at first, ideally automated over time)
Track outreach, leads, and conversions
Contribute ideas to improve client acquisition strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
University student or postgraduate (business, marketing, economics, finance, or similar)
Strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and online business
Comfortable with outreach, conversations, and persuasion
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Willing to work in an early-stage environment with uncertainty
Interest in trading, finance, performance psychology or spirituality is a plus (not mandatory)
