PpDoes the opportunity sound interesting to you? /ppAs a key member of a dynamic team, you will work closely with global, regional, and country business stakeholders, along with country training teams, to create training toolkits, develop engaging content, and track impact to drive continuous improvement and deliver strong results. Your contributions will strengthen the core capabilities of Amplifon shop professionals across countries, enhancing every stage of the employee life cycle: from onboarding and performance development to change management. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3ulliYou will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather business/technical content and translate it into accessible, engaging, and actionable training materials incorporating best practices, trends and interactive visuals (e.g., infographics, flowcharts). /liliYou will leverage performance metrics to assess and segment the target population, recommend the most effective methodology, and improve content effectiveness. /liliYou will be part of the organization of workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather insights, evaluate methodologies and generate new ideas. /lilibCommunication Engagement /b:ulliYou will support the design of compelling communication campaigns and visually appealing materials to drive excitement, create hype and learner commitment. /liliYou will collaborate with the Global Team to foster engagement within the global training community through existing routines and other touchpoints leveraging interactive tools to enhance participation. /li /ul /lilibImpact Measurement Data Visualization /b:ulliYou will use performance metrics and training data to evaluate program effectiveness, drive decisions around program and content enhancements, generate post-mortem and other relevant insights, and create data-driven reports for continuous improvement. /li /ul /li /ulh3You are the right person if you: /h3pbBasic Qualifications: /b /pullibBachelor’s degree /b in one of the following fields: Management, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing Communication /lilibMinimum of 3 years of experience in a training department in the retail industry /b with an understanding of sales dynamics and customer interactions /lilibExcellent communication skills /b with fluency in bItalian /b bEnglish /b (both written and verbal) /liliAt least 1 year of direct experience in bdelivering classroom training sessions /b /lilibSolid in project management skills /b with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously, showing great organizational skills and attention to detail /liliKnowledge and mastery of most common bLearning Management Systems /b /lilibLike to work with people /b, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified, multicultural group of people /lilibOpen to learning /b and with a proactive attitude /liliUsed to work with bgraphic design tools /b (e.g., Canva) and possess an excellent command of bMicrosoft Office Suite /b (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams,..) /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications: /h3ulliExperience in designing and developing comprehensive training solutions with use of instructional design tools (i.e. Articulate360, Synthesia, etc…). /liliFamiliarity with learning analytics tools and methodologies to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. /liliBackground in Audiology and/or experience in the Hearing Care industry /li /ulpAmplifon is working on boosting a Winning Culture that will lead our employees towards the future, starting from the improvement of our Winning Workplace.
